1. General Refund Policy
At MessPro, we strive to provide excellent food services to all our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellation of services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled with 15 days notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current month.
- Quarterly/Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available for unused months minus a 10% processing fee.
- Free Trial Period: No charges if cancelled during trial period (typically 3 days).
3. Meal Credit Refunds
For prepaid meal credits:
- Unused credits expire after 6 months from purchase
- Refund requests for unused credits must be made in writing
- Refund amount will be original purchase price minus any discounts applied
- Processing fee of ₹100 or 5% (whichever is higher) applies to all credit refunds
4. Special Circumstances
Full or partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Medical reasons: With valid doctor's note for extended absence (15+ days)
- Relocation: Proof of address change required (outside our service area)
- Service issues: Repeated quality or delivery problems documented by our team
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Single meal purchases after consumption
- Special event catering deposits (negotiable for rescheduling)
- Administrative fees
- Discounts or promotional offers
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method when possible
- Bank transfers may take additional processing time
- We reserve the right to issue credit instead of cash refunds for amounts below ₹500
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Include your account details and reason for request
- Provide any supporting documentation
- Our team will respond within 3 business days
